1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how ColorChanger (colorchanger.online) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use our AI image tools, including the Image Color Changer and Nano Banana 2.1 image generation and editing (the "Service"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. Information We Collect

1. Account information: When you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from that provider.
2. Images and prompts: Photos and reference images you upload, text prompts, color choices, object names and the settings you select, such as aspect ratio and resolution.
3. Generated images: The images the Service creates for you, including watermarked previews and full-quality versions.
4. Credits and orders: Your credit balance and history, purchases, subscription status and order records.
5. Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details; we do not receive or store your full card number.
6. Usage and device information: Pages visited, features used, actions such as generating or downloading an image, browser and device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and referral source.
7. Cookies and similar technologies: Cookies that keep you signed in, and analytics cookies and scripts described in Section 6.
8. Data stored only in your browser: If you start a Nano Banana 2.1 image before signing in, your prompt, settings and reference images are saved in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB) so they can be restored after you sign in. This draft stays on your device and is cleared once it has been restored.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide the Service: process your images, generate results, show your history in My Creations and deliver downloads
• To manage your account, credits, purchases and subscriptions
• To prevent abuse, enforce our Terms and keep the Service secure
• To understand how the Service is used and improve it
• To respond to support requests and send service-related messages
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your images or prompts to train AI models.

4. How Your Images and Prompts Are Processed

To produce results, we send your images and prompts to third-party AI services:

• AI API provider: We use KIE (kie.ai) to access image models. Your prompt and images are sent to KIE, which passes them to the model that performs the task. For Nano Banana 2.1, that model is developed and operated by Google. KIE and the model provider process this data under their own terms and privacy policies, which may allow them to use it to operate and improve their services.
• Translation: For the Image Color Changer, custom object names you type may be sent to Microsoft Azure Translator to translate them into English. Images are not sent to the translation service.
• How images reach the AI provider: Uploaded photos are placed in temporary cloud storage. Nano Banana 2.1 reference images are kept in private storage and shared with the AI provider through a link that expires shortly after it is created.

5. Service Providers We Share Data With

We share personal information only with providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed for their role:

• KIE and the underlying model providers, including Google: AI image processing and generation
• Microsoft Azure Translator: translating color-changer object names
• Cloudflare (R2): storing uploaded and generated images
• Supabase: database for accounts, credits, orders and generation records
• Vercel: hosting the website and application
• Stripe: payment processing
• Google and GitHub: sign-in
• Google Analytics: usage analytics
• Microsoft Clarity: usage analytics, including heatmaps and session replays

We may also disclose information to comply with the law or a valid legal request, to protect the rights and safety of our users or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

6. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure how the Service is used, including events such as starting a generation, completing sign-in, downloading an image and making a purchase. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use our pages through heatmaps and session replays; Clarity records interactions such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. These tools use cookies and similar technologies, and their providers process the data under their own privacy policies. You can limit them through your browser settings or by using browser extensions that block analytics.

7. Data Retention

• Uploaded photos and reference images: Kept in temporary storage only as long as needed to complete your request, and deleted automatically within 7 days.
• Generated images: Kept so they stay available in My Creations for at least the storage period of your plan as shown on the pricing page. We may delete them after that period. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
• Prompts and generation settings: Kept with your generation history so you can see how each image was made, for as long as the related generated image is kept. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
• Account, credit and order records: Kept while your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed for legal, tax, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes.
• Analytics data: Kept according to the retention settings of the analytics providers.

8. Security

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
• Full-quality Nano Banana 2.1 images are stored in private storage and are only available through short-lived, signed download links issued to the account that created them, after a purchase.
• Watermarked previews and color-changer results are stored in storage that anyone with the exact web address can open. Do not share these links if you want to keep an image private.
• Access to our systems and databases is restricted.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Transfers

Our service providers are mainly based in the United States, and your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, including deleting your account, generated images or uploaded files, email support@colorchanger.online. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

11. Children

The Service is intended only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will give reasonable notice.
